Q: Will the writing come off?
A: Ulubulu soothers are PERMENANTLY engraved. The name will not come off with regular use which includes but is not limited to: sterilising, boiling, dishwashing, or dropping.
Q: There is water inside my soother, why is that there?
A: The vast majority of all soothers in the world market are ‘air vent soothers.’ This air vent has allowed water inside the nipple and it is perfectly normal. The soothers must be able to take in air and water to prevent children from developing bad tooth positioning. If water gets into the nipple during boiling, it can be gently pressed out afterwards and the nipple will fill with air again. Simply squeeze the water out after sterilising and let dry.
Q: How do I sterilise my soothers?
A: The first thing you should do before putting our soothers or anything into your babies mouth is to sterilise, sterilise, sterilise! Ulubulu pacifiers are so fantastic, you will never have to worry about the text rubbing, chipping, or fading off. You can sterilise the soother by boiling it in water for 5 minutes and letting it cool. Then, gently squeeze any excess water out of the nipple. There are other contraptions on the market that do a fantastic job of sterilising such as microwave sterilisers and some top-racks of dishwashers.
Q: Are Ulubulu Soothers safe?
A: Yes. Ulubulu soothers are manufactured in Germany and meet the required European standards. They do not contain BPA, PVC, Phthalate, and Lead.
Q: What teat types are available?
A: Ulubulu soothers are available with silicone teats for 3+mths and compare to NUK 95.
