Due to our strict quality control, Prints4gifts will guarantee that all items will leave our premises in perfect condition and any fragile items packed securely and marked clearly as “FRAGILE”.
In the unlikely event you receive your order faulty or damaged, you must contact Prints4gifts to report this within 2 days of receipt of the goods. Goods which are faulty or damaged must be returned to Prints4gifts in the original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will be arranged in these circumstances to include the original value of the product and postal costs. In certain circumstances where it is not economically feasible to return the faulty/damaged product(s) you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the faulty/damaged item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept return of any personalised item(s) due to customer error when ordering. Please ensure all details are exactly as you would like them to appear on your product before confirming your order.
All applicable refunds will be credited back using the same bank/card details as used for the original transaction. Please note that orders may be processed on the same day or within 24 hours of order receipt.
